Any quality issues with our furniture are initially assessed with emailed photographs of the issue and a visit to inspect if necessary. We will either repair if possible, replace and in very rare circumstances refund a customer if a repair or replacement cannot be arranged on a reasonable timescale.

We pride ourselves on our service and if there are any issues with products that we supply to our customers we will endeavour to put them right as soon as possible.


Our goods can be collected if customers prefer at an arranged day and time. We will advise whether or not the items purchased are suitable for collection and any further considerations that the customer may not be aware of.


We deliver 6 days a week and are flexible around whether that is an am or pm delivery. We recognise that people are busy and often are co-ordinating other work in their home. If the original date we arrange is not convenient for whatever reason, we will gladly hold onto the products for a short time until a more suitable time is arranged.

Our delivery teams are experienced and employed by the company. Some of our items include assembly due to the nature of the product.

We will delivery to the room you require the goods in but unpacking, assembly and packaging removal are quoted at an additional cost.
